The 2021 Shawnee Lodge Spring Conclave will be held April 9-11 at Beaumont. Attendance will be capped to comply with local COVID-19 guidelines. More information on registration can be found on the Registration Page.

Shawnee Lodge is committed to creating a safe weekend, so masks will be required and social distancing will be in effect throughout the weekend. For more information regarding COVID-19 precautions, click the button below.

Check-In starts at 6pm on Friday Night. There will be multiple check-in locations at the Lane Pavilion, the Shippy Pavilion, and the Emerson Center. During check-in, each member must come up to registration to have their temperature recorded. Participants will be issued a wristband and that will serve as their ticket for the weekend.

Units will need to to Check Out with their chapter leadership. Units will need to provide a chapter officer with a temperature log showing that units have taken temperatures each day. More info on this can be found in our COVID Guidelines. Chapter leadership will also be checking that the unit has cleaned their campsite.
